<The Forsan Destination is the largest NHC project in the Kingdom, spanning more than 35 million square meters and comprising more than 50,000 residential units, designed according to modern urban planning principles that integrate advanced infrastructure with various facilities and wide green spaces.
These projects come in line with the latest developments in Al Forsan. These projects come in line with NHC's vision to create integrated residential communities based on quality of life and support the goals of the Housing Program - one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030 - to raise the percentage of residential ownership to 70%.
The list of commercial facilities includes 50,000 residential units, designed according to the principles of modern urban planning, integrating advanced infrastructure with various facilities and green spaces.
The list of commercial facilities approved in this phase includes: 8 neighborhood centers with an area of more than 15,000 square meters, the ready-to-operate “Al Forsan Weavers” neighborhood center with an area of 800 square meters, in addition to the “Al Forsan Plaza” project that extends over an area of 4,500 square meters.
