The Saudi Investment Bank participated in the Open House recruitment event organized by King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals from 18–21 Safar 1437 AH, corresponding to November 30 – December 3, 2015, at the university’s campus in Dhahran. The bank’s booth at the fair welcomed graduates and students in cooperative training programs from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and other universities, This participation is part of the bank’s efforts to attract young national talent.

The bank’s team participating in the events introduced graduates to the work environment and career opportunities the bank offers them, as well as the benefits enjoyed by bank employees—particularly investment benefits— and the on-the-job training programs available to them. The bank has won several awards, including the King Khalid Foundation Award for Responsible Competitiveness for two consecutive years and the Best Work Environment Award for 2014.
