The General Real Estate Authority (GRA) has approved a 90-day grace period starting from yesterday for real estate owners whose properties are located within the scope of the real estate areas whose registration period has expired for the first in-kind registration in the Riyadh region, asking them to quickly take the initiative to register their properties or submit paper applications before the deadline expires.
Method of submitting in-kind registration applications
The Real Estate Authority explained the mechanism for submitting applications for in-kind registration in the Riyadh region, where applications can be submitted through the Land Registry electronic platform, in addition to the possibility of inquiries through the unified number 199002, and the Authority notes the real estate areas and neighborhoods targeted by in-kind registration, through the official platforms and means of the “Authority” and ”Real Estate Registry".
The Authority stipulates the requirements for in-kind registration. The Authority has stipulated a number of documents that must be available to complete the process of in-kind registration, including an electronic title deed, and for those who do not have this document, they can request a paper application through the electronic platform of the Land Registry, and the deadline targets (55) real estate areas in the Riyadh region, namely:
