Al Babtain Energy and Communications Company has acquired 40,000 square meters in Al Bawaba Industrial City with a total value of more than 29 million riyals after signing a sales contract with Mushaid Al Arabia - the owner of the Al Bawaba Industrial City plan, signed by Engineer Sabah bin Mohammed Al Mutlaq, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mushaid Al Arabia and Mr. Ibrahim bin Hamad Al Babtain, Chairman of Al Babtain Energy and Communications Company,
.Al Babtain said after the signing: "The state's support for the industrial sector confirms the leading role assigned to it, and from here we set out to expand our operations in a way that ensures the sustainability and growth of our investments and maintain the same level of quality and services we provide, which is why we chose Gateway Industrial City to establish our latest factories and expand our logistical needs."
After the signing, Mr. Ibrahim bin Hamad Al Babtain, Chairman of Al Babtain Energy and Communications Company, said.
The choice of Gateway Industrial City came after a thorough study and the clear progress we saw in the development work under the supervision of the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones - MODON - on the city and the legality of the work under the umbrella of the off-plan sales committee of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in addition to our confidence that the city will be at a high level of efficiency and operation
He described the city as an important destination for the establishment of factories due to its strategic location in the south of Riyadh and the main axial roads that reach it, as well as the provision of land for logistical use and others for workers' housing as means of integration and attraction that enriched the city.
In the same direction, Al-Mutlaq appreciated the choice of Al-Babtain Company to expand its factories in the Industrial Gate City.
