This is Nasaj Real Estate Development Company, embodied by a professional, dedicated, and dynamic team—my colleagues who work alongside me, a wonderful team, with outstanding support and leadership from Al-Fozan Holding Company. God has willed that we be together to write a new chapter in real estate development, by His permission, at a time when owning a home has become a difficult goal for Saudi families, a major challenge—we know this, and we are working to overcome these obstacles through diligent and continuous effort guided by values rooted in professionalism, a focus on the product, and integrity with our clients. Al-Ta’meer and Al-Inshaa Contracting Company
Nasaj Company has acquired Al-Ta’meer and Al-Inshaa Contracting Company, which is classified as a second-class contractor. Al-Ta’meer and Al-Inshaa was founded in 1996 and has constructed a large number of projects, with the total value of its completed projects exceeding 700 million riyals. Nasaj took this step based on its belief that real estate development is closely linked to construction. Our goal at Nasaj is to develop new construction methods and systems that help speed up construction at lower costs and with fewer workers.
