<The 30th edition of the Arab Real Estate Forum Exhibition will conclude its activities tomorrow, Sunday, with the participation of many major real estate companies at the Cairo International Convention Center. The importance of the exhibition comes after the economic conference held in Egypt recently, in addition to the participation of real estate development companies, as well as a number of real estate marketing companies in the Arab world. Ibrahim El-Shawarby, a member of the Arab Federation for Exhibitions and Conferences and president of Zoom An, the organizer of the exhibition, said: “The Arab Real Estate Forum Exhibition is a mirror of Egypt's real estate map, which includes various forms of real estate, including apartments, villas, chalets and land. Shawarby stressed that the housing sector is witnessing a state of recovery and growth due to the stability of the political situation and the Ministry of Housing's efforts to remove obstacles for developers and real estate investors.

Shawarby expected that the real estate market will continue to grow in 2015 at a rate of 25% during the first six months of the year, and the rate will increase to 35% during the second half of the year, driven by infrastructure projects, the Suez Canal project and traffic expansions.

The exhibition kicked off last Thursday in the presence of Ahmed Gamal El-Tohamy, member of the Legislative Division of the Specialized Councils of the Presidency of the Republic, Nagwa Rashad, head of the Exhibitions Authority, artist Mohamed Metwally, Ibrahim El-Shawarby and a number of heads of exhibiting companies.

The exhibition kicked off last Thursday.

The companies present more than 100 urban projects in a number of new cities such as 6 October, New Cairo, Shorouk, Badr, Sheikh Zayed, El Obour, Borg El Arab and a number of coastal cities
