This comes after the Fund recently approved the cancellation of the open time limit for those who have been approved, where the time limit is limited to only one year from the issuance of the approval decision for the citizen instead of the open time limit in previous years. However, this decision made many of those who were previously approved in a spiral of confusion, especially those who do not have land on which they can build or who do not have the financial means to benefit from the loan as the Real Estate Development Fund took this step after the additional loan was approved in cooperation with the banks that signed that agreement, but most citizens complaining about canceling the time limit are Citizen Faisal Al-Saad, one of those who were approved three years ago, says that I do not have land so that I can withdraw my mortgage loan before the expiration of the time limit set by one year, adding: I also do not have the possibility of buying a piece of land, as I am from Rafhaa Governorate, which is still not applied, which caused me a crisis, especially after the recent decision was issued by the officials in the Real Estate Development Fund. He also appealed to most of the citizens who were previously approved that the time limit of one year be applied to those who currently have available land as well as the financial ability to build by asking them to bring proof of this from notaries, for example, and from local banks with bank certificates and those who prove that he has no land and no financial ability as well, the time limit is open to him until he can settle his financial situation and then benefit from the loan, hoping that the Real Estate Fund officials, headed by the Minister of Housing to reconsider this decision to take into account the circumstances of some citizens who do not have the means to build at the time.
