The ministry explained that the ten projects being implemented will provide more than 50,000 housing units, distributed in the governorates and regions of the Kingdom.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Housing assured applicants through the electronic portal “Iskan” that they will begin to receive housing products only seven months after application, interspersed with sorting applications and studying priority points before starting to allocate housing products, noting that it is continuously acquiring new lands and entering the production line to pump more projects, indicating that it is working on preparing a program aimed at partnership with the private sector to enhance the role of the real estate developer in the housing market and provide housing units at appropriate prices for citizens.
