Cityscape strengthens its presence in Saudi Arabia during December 2013
Khalid bin Bandar patronizes the Riyadh City Development and Real Estate Investment Exhibition

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Riyadh, the next edition of Riyadh Cityscape will be held from December 10-12 in the capital city of Riyadh.
This edition follows the great success of the exhibition in December last year and the great turnout in Jeddah at the beginning of this year. Both events attracted more than 10,000 visitors, proving the profound impact that the exhibition and the summit held on its sidelines have on the Saudi real estate market and outperform any other event in the Saudi real estate sector.
“Cityscape has emerged as the most important and influential event in the Kingdom's real estate sector, and given the importance of the growth of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia, the two editions of the exhibition in Jeddah and Riyadh have been recognized by investors, interested parties and specialists as key cornerstones and among the biggest names in the world of events related to the real estate market in the entire region,” said Dr. Abdullah bin Mahfouz, Chairman of the National Exhibitions Company."
Ibn Mahfouz attributed this success to the event's unique combination of activities and events, including the three-day real estate summit, investor roundtables, the prestigious Cityscape Real Estate Awards in the Kingdom, and the mega exhibition that attracts the largest developers in the Kingdom.
