Engineer Hamza Al-Attas, General Manager of Durrat Al-Riyadh Real Estate Development Company, announced that the company has completed the infrastructure works of Durrat Al-Riyadh suburb project by 100 % at a cost of more than 200 million riyals, in record time and according to the latest methods in the establishment of residential suburbs with a high and distinctive civilized level, which offers the Saudi family what they dream of privacy and a great qualitative leap in the standard of living and various services.
Al-Attas said that Durrat Al-Riyadh is a pride in design and implementation, where social and environmental issues have been addressed for the Saudi family, in addition to providing green areas for each residential community and roads ending with vast green spaces, while providing privacy for each residential unit separately as well as for the entire project.
He added that the lighting work for the various needs of the suburb has been completed at a cost of more than 93 million riyals and includes a set of switching stations and medium and low voltage cables, noting that the lighting covers all streets and real estate residential facilities within the suburb, and relies on a 120 MW electrical switching station, and the sewage projects have also been completed at a cost of nearly 21 million riyals, according to the latest methods, as the Durrat Al Riyadh project represents one of the most important model projects in the field of real estate development in the city, and the construction of the outer suburban wall cost more than 6 million riyals.
He also pointed out that the suburb will have all the main services and facilities necessary for the daily life of residents such as schools, commercial centers, hotels and medical centers, and 70% of its area has been allocated for green spaces and public parks, and 4 main gates will be allocated to the suburb, in addition to being the first city to rely on smart technology represented by a fiber optic network with high capacity of more than 40 km of fiber optic cables to connect all villas of the suburb.
