Royal Commission for Riyadh announced the start of receiving requests to object to the results of those eligible to purchase residential lands in the capital through Real Estate Balance Platform, starting from Sunday, November 9 until December 8, in a move aimed at ensuring transparency and enabling citizens to review the evaluation results.
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City announced the announcement of the results of the eligible citizens who applied for residential lands today, Sunday. The Authority revealed that the results of eligible citizens applying for residential land will be announced today, explaining that the objection period is available electronically through the Authority's official platforms, according to a mechanism that allows citizens to submit and follow up applications easily and conveniently.
This step comes in line with the implementation of the Real Estate Balance Platform. This step comes in implementation of the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which emphasizes the importance of achieving balance in the real estate sector in Riyadh, by enabling citizens to own planned and developed residential lands at reasonable prices.
