The city of Hail is preparing to start in-kind registration of 142,795 pieces of real estate across 104 neighborhoods in the city, according to the General Real Estate Authority (GRA), the move comes to ensure a documented real estate database which contributes to enhancing confidence in the Saudi real estate market.
According to the GRA. According to the General Real Estate Authority, the process of in-kind registration of more than 142,000 real estate pieces in the city of Hail distributed over 104 neighborhoods will start from November 23 and continue until the end of February 26, 2026, and the registration for the announced neighborhoods will be electronic.
<In-kind registration is available for these neighborhoods and areas, including: ”Granada Neighborhood, Al Nakheel Neighborhood, Al Anwar Neighborhood, Al Murooj Neighborhood, Sharaf Neighborhood, Al Khaleej Neighborhood, Al Majd Neighborhood, Al Aziziya Neighborhood, Al Andalus Neighborhood, Al Madayn Neighborhood, Al Mughaida Neighborhood” in Al Hail City via Real Estate Registry Electronic Platform or by calling Customer Service Center 199002 during the specified period of registration only, which lasts approximately 3 months.
<According to the Public Authority for Real Estate, a number of neighborhoods and areas in the city of Hail have been announced to start registration, including: “Al-Nafal neighborhood, Al-Rimal neighborhood, Al-Bazmin neighborhood, Al-Matar neighborhood, Ghayad neighborhood, Al-Qayrawan neighborhood, Al-Zahra neighborhood, Al-Shifaa neighborhood, Al-Faihaa neighborhood, Sadian neighborhood, and Al-Wasita Jewel neighborhood,” and the rest of the 104 neighborhoods and areas will be announced accordingly.
According to the Real Estate Authority, a number of neighborhoods and areas in Hail City have been announced. The Real Estate Authority warned against delays in the in-kind registration of real estate for the announced areas and neighborhoods, calling on property owners in these areas to register on time or financial penalties will be imposed on them, and under the registration, each registered property will be issued a number and a title deed.
