The Co-op. Brokers" gateway to professionalism
Mohammed Al-Hassami
The first Cooperative Association for Real Estate Brokers and Marketers was recently launched in the Kingdom, an important step towards regulating the sector and raising the level of the profession. The association aims to develop the skills of brokers, promote cooperation, and qualify and train cadres
according to international professional standards.
<The presence of the association represents a golden opportunity to raise confidence and credibility in the market, and becomes more influential if it adopts an independent (classification system for real estate brokers) similar to (National Association of Realtors) the largest reference for real estate professions, in America through NAR, including: Sales volume, number of transactions, revenue, compliance with regulations, customer satisfaction, and the number of real estate agents working under the management of the broker or company.
The association's adoption of this system is not just a regulation, but the beginning of a new phase for real estate brokerage, where professionalism grows, trust bears fruit, and the market becomes clearer and more sober... Thus each broker begins his journey towards his true place in the market, where his skills are valued, his commitment is shown, his efforts are rewarded, and he becomes reliable in front of everyone.
