The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced the completion of receiving investor applications for the November 2025 local issuance.

As part of the Saudi Arabian Riyal Sukuk program, the National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced the completion of receiving investor applications for the November 2025 local issuance. According to a statement issued by National Debt Management Center, the total allocation size was set at 5.832 billion riyals, and the issues were divided into 5 tranches.

National Debt Management Center (NDMC) said that the total allocation size was set at 5.832 billion riyals. The National Debt Management Center indicated that the size of the first tranche amounted to 700 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2027, while the second tranche amounted to 1.375 billion riyals for sukuk maturing in 2029.

The second tranche amounted to 1.375 billion riyals for sukuk maturing in 2029. The third tranche amounted to 180 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2032, the fourth tranche amounted to 197 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2036, and the fifth tranche amounted to 3.38 billion riyals for sukuk maturing in 2039.
