
Riyadh Cityscape Global Exhibition
was held in Riyadh. <This year's edition witnessed a record attendance of more than 577 exhibitors, including 265 international exhibitors representing the most prominent international companies in the fields of real estate development, urban planning, modern construction and sustainability solutions, reflecting the Kingdom's growing status as a global center for attracting future real estate investments. Mr. Al-Haqeel stressed that the results achieved by the exhibition reflect the strength of the Saudi real estate sector and the development of its investment environment, pointing out that the achievement of more than 237 billion riyals of deals during the days of the exhibition confirms the reliability and attractiveness of the Saudi real estate sector and the path that the Kingdom is following in developing the sector and developing cities, pointing out that this achievement reflects the integration of efforts between government agencies and the private sector and reflects the promising opportunities offered by the Kingdom to investors from inside and outside the country.Mr. Al-Haqeel expressed his gratitude to H.E. Al-Haqeel and his delegation for the success of the exhibition. His Excellency thanked the organizers for the quality of preparation and organization, and the participating government agencies that contributed to the success of the event, praising the experiences and innovative models presented by local and international companies that support the objectives of urban development and quality of life.
He pointed out that this achievement reflects the integration of efforts between government agencies and the private sector, and reflects the promising opportunities for investors in the Kingdom. His Excellency pointed to the wide variety of products displayed this year, between residential and commercial real estate development projects, products of startups in the proptech sector that offer advanced digital solutions in asset management and urban planning, as well as innovations in modern building technologies.
His Excellency pointed out that this year's event was the first of its kind in the UAE, and he commended the local and international companies that presented innovative experiences and models that support the goals of urban development and quality of life. The Minister explained that Cityscape establishes the Kingdom's position in the industry of future cities, indicating that the partnerships witnessed at the exhibition are an extension of the Kingdom's growing role in developing a more competitive and sustainable real estate sector.
Haqeel said that the work of the Kingdom's real estate sector will continue. Al-Huqail said that the work in the real estate sector is in line with the vision and directives of our wise leadership, which has provided full support to enable the authorities and the private sector to provide everything that meets the aspirations of the Saudi citizen and improves the quality of life in cities.
