The Saudi Industrial Cities and Technology Zones Authority (MODON) signed a number of contracts and memorandums of understanding with investments amounting to 8.8 billion riyals, on the sidelines of its participation in the 21st session of the General Conference of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) under the name “Global Manufacturing Summit” hosted by Riyadh from 23 to 27 November, with total allocated areas exceeding 3.3 million square meters to develop industrial and logistics projects, under the patronage of Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Al-Kharif.
MODON has signed a contract with “Eternal Prosperity” company to develop a private industrial complex in the third industrial city of Dammam, which has an area of 1.5 million square meters.
