Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the National Development Fund (NDF), the Development Finance Conference “MOMENTUM” 2025, organized by National Development Fund under the theme “Driving Development Transformation”, kicked off on Tuesday at the King Abdulaziz International Convention Center in Riyadh.
Development Finance Conference 2025, organized by National Development Fund under the theme "Driving Development Transformation The conference, which will be held from December 9-11, 2025, will bring together decision-makers, investors and innovators from inside and outside the Kingdom to promote dialogue, partnerships and solutions that support sustainable and inclusive development in accordance with the ambitions of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 through an integrated business program that embodies the transition from dialogue to implementation and connects ideas, capital and leadership to achieve tangible development impact.
The National Development Fund (NDF) said that the conference will be held from December 9-11, 2025, under the theme "Driving Development Transformation" at the King Abdulaziz International Convention Center in Riyadh. The National Development Fund said that the list of speakers includes a number of Their Highnesses, Excellencies and senior government officials in the Kingdom, in addition to a group of more than 100 speakers from decision makers, private and public sector leaders and development economists from more than 120 countries, with the aim of aligning capital trends with policies and implementation frameworks to move feasible projects from the planning stage to the financing and implementation stage, focusing on community empowerment, environmental protection, opening new opportunities for SMEs, and strengthening partnerships and cooperation.

<The conference program includes a series of dialogue sessions that contribute to guiding this year's key discussions, most notably: How to Develop Resilience to Global Economic Turbulence, which will discuss how countries, institutions and sectors can enhance economic resilience and prepare for the future in the face of volatility; Small and Medium Enterprises, a key pillar of the global economy, which will discuss the need to close financing and regulatory gaps, empower youth-led companies, build a system that supports entrepreneurs in the Kingdom and opens opportunities for growth and expansion; and Destination Development as a key pillar of the Kingdom's economic diversification strategy to discuss the importance of investing in diverse destinations from mountainous regions to Ultra Cities."
The conference program includes a series of dialogue sessions that contribute to guiding this year's key debates. MOMENTUM 2025 will focus on turning cooperation into achievements through practical partnerships and implementable programs, enhancing the alignment of efforts between government agencies, development finance institutions, the private sector and international organizations, and supporting sustainable growth and comprehensive development in accordance with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
