Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Sadhan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs for Social Development, called on the competent authorities to seek to restore the endowments of the Two Holy Mosques abroad. In his paper presented during the first session of the Third Endowments Forum currently held in the capital, Riyadh, Al-Sadhan called for generous spending and expanding the announcement of financial awards and allocating a percentage of the endowment for everyone who indicates or reveals a special endowment for the two holy sites, and taking advantage of what came in the new system for the Kingdom's endowments.

Sadhan listed a number of reasons that led to the loss of many of the endowments of the two Holy Mosques, including foreign colonization, the way the endowment is documented and its mechanism, and the lack of a spatial, administrative or supervisory link between the endowment and the disposal of its revenues.

The paper included solutions to restore the endowments of the Two Holy Mosques abroad, and stressed the need for a mechanism to document them to ensure that they are not lost even with the passage of time and ensure that they are not lost in the future.
