The Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones today launched Beem, an integrated platform for instant messaging and collaborative work, in partnership with the Digital Government Authority, during the opening of the current edition of the Digital Government Forum.
Bem is a national platform owned by the Federation, developed locally and hosted entirely within the Kingdom, with the aim of increasing the efficiency and productivity of work environments in government agencies, large companies and the private sector, and enhancing spending efficiency through a unified digital platform that combines work tools in one place.

The platform offers an integrated digital environment that combines instant messaging, high-quality video meetings, file management, shared tasks and calendars, a bilingual user experience that supports Arabic and English, advanced tools for organizing teamwork and managing permissions and groups, secure local cloud storage, and a multi-organization account feature that enables the user to manage more than one entity within one account with high flexibility.
During his participation in the Digital Government Forum, Mr. Faisal Al Khamisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, stressed that: "The Beam Business Platform represents a qualitative step in building national digital solutions with international standards, reflecting the ability of local competencies to develop advanced technologies, contribute to raising the efficiency and productivity of work environments, and embody the principle of digital leadership through local hosting that ensures compliance with national standards and user confidence."

The platform adopts a local infrastructure with advanced compliance standards, including data preservation in transit and storage, careful management of access permissions to ensure the highest levels of protection and reliability, and provides a digital environment that facilitates collaboration and coordination of work between different departments and teams, and supports office, hybrid and remote work patterns.
The launch of the "Beam" business platform comes as an extension of the efforts of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones in developing national technical solutions, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in promoting digital transformation digital transformation and developing national capabilities.
