Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center recorded a 24% decrease in the execution time of <a href="https://amlak.net.In 2025 compared to 2024, the average execution time decreased from (34) days to (26) days in 2025, reflecting the cooperation between the various partners and stakeholders, in parallel with a continuous growth in the volume of work.<This decrease came despite the increase in the total number of licenses from more than (150) thousand licenses in 2024 to more than (195) thousand licenses in 2025, with a growth rate of (29%) for energy, water, telecommunications and roads projects in the region.<The Center explained that this improvement is directly related to the implementation of the comprehensive plan for infrastructure works infrastructure, and the enhancement of advance planning, as part of its strategic approach towards organizing works through an integrated value chain covering the planning, coordination and enabling stages, based on continuous regulatory and standard updates that increase the efficiency of procedures, reduce temporal and spatial conflicts, and reduce duplication of work.<This approach translates the organizational center's role in unifying the operational vision, improving stakeholder coordination, and activating tools that raise the quality of implementation and ensure its alignment with the quality of life and asset protection targets.<The Center indicated that the operational indicators also recorded a growth in the lengths of works carried out from (9,490) kilometers to (11,784) kilometers, with a growth rate of 24%, in addition to an increase in the total number of reports processed from (101,102) to (233,101), with a growth rate of 131%, reflecting the expanded scope of follow-up and improved efficiency in dealing with reports related to infrastructure works.<The number of monitoring visits increased from (84,316) visits in 2024 to (292,794) visits in 2025, a growth rate of (247%), in parallel with the improvement in the license duration compliance rate from (91%) to (92%), which supports the Center's objectives to enhance compliance with safety and quality standards through effective monitoring and unified compliance guidelines.The Center pointed out that these results reflect its strategic direction in reducing the obstacles resulting from the work of infrastructure projects and minimizing their urban impact during implementation, which contributes to improving the urban landscape, reducing closures and interferences, and raising the quality of the daily experience for the residents of Riyadh city.
The Center confirmed that it continues to develop planning, coordination, digitization and data management mechanisms, and update the regulatory and normative framework, within an extended strategic roadmap, to keep pace with business expansion, enhance regulatory efficiency and sustainability, and serve building a more harmonious urban future for the city and its residents.
