The Emirate of Makkah confirmed that it has directed the competent authorities to submit the names of all those who traded in the sale of what they do not own and practiced fraud and fraud on citizens and ate their money in vain in the sale of random plans to demand that they be obligated by law to refund the money of those who were deceived and hold them accountable if this is proven against them, noting that there is no tolerance for land violators and fraudsters.
The Emirate renewed its assertions that the lands located in the depth of the western part of the Holy Capital are governmental and owned by the Ministry of Finance.It said in a recent clarifying statement:”Based on the keenness of the Emirate of Makkah to clarify the facts and remove any confusion regarding the aggression on government lands located in the depth of western Makkah, it confirms that the encroachments are located on the land of Al-Muqrah, which is owned by the Ministry of Finance under a legal instrument and ended by the Supreme Decree of 1413 AH, The Emirate had previously studied the encroachments after the issuance of the Supreme Decree No. (2723/MB) dated 15/3/1428 AH and identified the encroached lands and proposed appropriate solutions to the competent authorities, and the Supreme Decree No. (15522) dated 15/4/1435 AH was issued, which includes proving the state's ownership of the Al-Muqrah land under a legal deed.
<p class="p1 <The statement stressed that in view of the public interest represented in the importance of these sites for the development of development projects in the region, and the violation of their implementation by unlawful encroachment on not small parts of them, which may lead to the spread of informal neighborhoods and disruption of development, and the views of the committee formed from the relevant authorities on the issue of encroachments on the land of Al-Muqrah, and because it is in the public interest to prevail over the public interest, The Royal Decree required the approval of the recommendations contained in the committee's report regarding these encroachments, which includes the removal of all events of "land amputation, nodules, shubuk, real estate offices, uninhabited huts" and the formation of a committee from "the Emirate, the Holy Capital Municipality, the Ministry of Finance and a judicial inspector from the Ministry of Justice" to study the status of deeds issued on some sites The committee has started its work and is still continuing until now.
