Ramtan has signed an agreement with Property Middle East Media (PMM) to host PropNext, the leading real estate platform in the Kingdom and the Middle East, as part of the 35th edition of the Restatex Riyadh Real Estate 2026, scheduled to be held from February 11-14, 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. The agreement was signed by Ms. Rawan bint Hussein Al-Faraj, General Manager of Ramtan, and Mr. Mohammed Al-Hamoud, CEO of Property Middle East Media.
The agreement was signed on the part of Ramtan. Under this agreement, Restatex becomes the hosting partner for the first edition of PropNext in Riyadh, as part of the second day of the exhibition, which enhances the knowledge content accompanying Restatex and provides a dialogue platform to discuss the pivotal issues witnessed by the real estate sector, in light of the rapid regulatory and investment shifts.
With this agreement, Restatex becomes the hosting partner for the first edition of the PropNext forum in the capital, Riyadh, within the activities of the second day of the exhibition. <In a statement, Rawan Al Farraj emphasized that the adoption of Restatex as a hosting partner for PropNext reflects the natural evolution of the show's role: "Restatex is no longer just an exhibition platform, but a space that brings together dialogue, knowledge and vision-making. The hosting of PropNext is part of Ramtan's approach to provide real added value to the sector through quality events that address market issues in depth and keep pace with its maturity."
Rawan Al Farraj emphasized that Restatex's adoption as a hosting partner reflects the natural role of the exhibition. For his part, Mohammed Al-Hamoud, CEO of Property Middle East Media, said that the choice of Restatex as a hosting partner for the first edition of PropNext came due to its established presence and long history in the real estate sector, as one of the oldest and largest real estate exhibitions in the Kingdom, explaining that the forum aims to provide a specialized dialogue platform that contributes to discussing the future issues of the sector and anticipating its trends in the Kingdom and the region.
