NHC announced the formation of its Board of Directors for the new session (2026-2030), chaired by His Excellency Mr. Musaed bin Abdulaziz Al Dawood, after his election by His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, and His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Jadaan, representatives of the capital owner in the company.

Names of the new board members
The NHC Board of Directors was formed in its new session with Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Ghiheb as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the membership of Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Sheikh, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tawil, Abdulaziz bin Musaed Assistant, Engineer Abdullah bin Fahad Al-Fassam, and Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati as "Executive Member".

New Board of Directors was formed in its new session with Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Ghiheb as Vice Chairman. On behalf of the Board members, the Chairman expressed his appreciation for the confidence of Their Excellencies the Ministers, and looked forward to the Board's work during the new session to support institutional growth, enhance governance efficiency, and maximize NHC's role as a key enabler in the real estate development and solutions sector, enabling the public and private sectors through effective strategic partnerships that contribute to developing integrated urban destinations in partnership with experienced and competent real estate developers.
