Licensing 3176 properties for collective housing
In addition to increasing the number of private sector establishments eligible for licensing to 100 establishments from a target of 60 in 2021, the absorption capacity of the number of workers from medium, small and micro enterprises living in licensed collective housing was increased to 253 thousand workers from a target of 172 thousand in 2021.

The National Program for the Development of Collective Housing for Individuals aims to achieve seven strategic objectives, which include raising awareness and spreading the culture of a healthy housing environment, upgrading the collective housing system, increasing the supply of collective housing to match demand, developing licensing and control procedures, reducing population congestion and congestion in collective housing inside and outside cities, governing the work between the parties related to the development of collective housing, developing mechanisms for financing collective housing projects for individuals, and providing an adequate supply of licensed properties to raise the level of competition in the market.
