With direct coverage from Amlak newspaper, the auctions of the estate of Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi - may God have mercy on him - will resume this afternoon, Saturday, December 9, as the Liquidation Board of the estate in cooperation with Etqan Real Estate announced the fifth auction in Riyadh at the Intercontinental Hotel, which contains 11 properties in a total area exceeding 145 thousand square meters consisting of residential and commercial complexes, villas and lands in a number of neighborhoods of Riyadh, and those wishing to enter the auction should contact the board and “Etqan Real Estate”.

The Liquidation Council revealed that the value of the (19) properties that have been sold so far in the past four auctions amounted to 2 billion, 274 million and 540 thousand riyals.
