Al Jazeera Capital is pleased to announce the listing of Al Jazeera Mowatan REIT on the Saudi Stock Exchange's list of listed funds as the second real estate fund on Tadawul. Engineer Ziad Abu Al-Khail, CEO and Managing Director of Al Jazeera Capital, revealed that Al Jazeera Mowatan REIT invests in properties exceeding 65,000 meters and aims to achieve regular income and long-term capital growth by investing in rental properties mainly in the storage sector and complying with the instructions for real estate investment funds and the REIT regulation issued by the Capital Market Authority Board.”
