The Competition Council organizes a training workshop entitled «Compatibility of Establishments» Procedures with the Competition Law"

Representatives of more than 25 commercial companies completed their training program organized by the Competition Council entitled «Compliance of the procedures of enterprises with the competition law» last Thursday in Jeddah, which continued for two years. At the end of the meeting, the Acting Secretary General of the Competition Council, Ibrahim bin Ali Al-Salem, handed over certificates of attendance to the participants, wishing them to achieve the desired benefit and transfer this knowledge to their enterprises in order to achieve a fair investment environment.

This program aims to clarify the practical steps to be taken by enterprises when formulating and implementing the compliance program guide. <It is worth mentioning that the Council was able to train more than 300 male and female trainees from various economic activities in Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar. The Competition Council has an independent legal personality and seeks to promote and encourage fair competition and combat monopolistic practices that affect legitimate competition, in order to achieve the economic policy pursued by the Kingdom in the economic field and to enhance the climate of competition in the business sector.

The Competition Council has been able to train 300 trainees from various economic activities in Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar.
