The real estate registry will issue a “property number” and a title deed for each registered real estate unit. The new title deed will include the precise geographical location of the property, the owner’s data, its descriptions, its condition, and the rights and obligations associated with it, as well as all real estate transactions that occur to it, to serve as a basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, in a way that contributes to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its main enablers.

Real estate zones were determined according to several criteria, and based on the role of the General Authority for Real Estate as the competent authority for the real estate registration in accordance with the Cabinet’s decision and the provisions of the Real Estate Registration System, the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) undertakes the work of establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using geospatial technologies and data and modern technologies through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.
