The Ministry of Housing announced that it has pumped 1767 residential villas within four new projects for residential villas within the framework of the ministry's ready-made projects in the cities of (Hofuf, Al-Aflaj, Hail, Al-Bada'i), through the “Residential 2018” program, which aims in its second year to allocate 300 thousand housing and financing options for beneficiaries.
Ministry of Housing announced that these projects are available for reservation for beneficiaries registered on the ministry's lists. The ministry explained in a press release on Sunday that these projects are available for reservation for beneficiaries registered in the ministry's lists, and will be delivered to citizens after completing the final reservation procedures, indicating that citizens can visit the inspection and reservation villa that has been fully furnished and equipped in each project, in addition to some advantages and discounts that beneficiaries receive from the most famous furniture companies in the Kingdom, after confirming the reservation for the residential villa.
<The projects announced by the Ministry of Housing include the Hofuf project, which includes two models (Al-Ahsa Housing A) and (Al-Ahsa Housing B) that provide 500 residential villas, where the value of the ready-made villa in the first project is (440,500 riyals) with monthly installments starting from (1. 469 riyals),(469 SAR), while the value of the villa is (446,500 SAR) with a monthly installment starting from (1,488 SAR), noting that the land area for each villa is 500 square meters, and the project, which has a total area of (470,611 square meters), includes mosques, gardens, and lands allocated for various service facilities and government agencies.
<The value of one villa is (363 thousand riyals) in the Aflaj housing project of the Riyadh region, which provides 127 ready-made residential villas, with monthly installments starting from (1,210 riyals), which is built on a total area of (148,688 square meters), and includes two mosques, a mosque and three children's playgrounds, while the value of a villa in the Hail housing project, which provides 1,040 residential villas (371,500 riyals) with monthly installments starting from (1,238 riyals), with a total area of (2,499 square meters),159 square meters), and the project includes a number of public parks, children's playgrounds, green spaces and mosques, in addition to sites designated for a number of government and service agencies such as schools and health centers, while the Al-Bada'i housing project of the Qassim region provides 100 ready-made residential villas, each of which is worth (310 thousand riyals), with a monthly installment starting from (1,033 riyals), which is built on an area (77,696 square meters), with a land area of 500 square meters, and the project includes gardens, children's playgrounds and a mosque.
These projects, which will be delivered to the beneficiaries, are complete with infrastructure and services, including electricity, water, sewage, asphalt, sidewalks and lighting, in addition to the flood drainage system. These projects are an extension of about 25 ready-made residential villa projects announced by the ministry during the past period, providing more than 8444 residential villas, distributed in various cities of the Kingdom.
These projects come in addition to 25 ready-made residential villa projects, which were previously announced by the ministry during the past period.
