Shura Council's Housing Committee calls on the Ministry of Housing to clarify the financial obligations of housing beneficiaries

The Housing Committee, through its recommendations submitted to the Shura Council, which held its session yesterday, called on the Ministry of Housing to clarify the financial obligations that will be incurred by those entitled to housing for any of its products, and called on the committee to assign land development to real estate developers in addition to planning and construction within the partnership projects with the private sector within the framework of the concept of comprehensive development, and prepare a timetable showing the achievement of the quantitative target in the tenth development plan annually.
