The Maskan exhibition for housing real estate projects, interior design and furniture will be launched for the second time in Riyadh, on February 17, with the participation of a distinguished group of real estate developers who will present multiple housing projects that meet the needs of Saudi families looking for housing, and a group of financial institutions will participate in the exhibition to offer financing solutions for those wishing to obtain housing
The exhibition is held under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Hamad Al Zamil, President of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and under the supervision of His Highness Prince Abdullah bin Faisal bin Turki Al Saud. It is expected that the exhibition will contribute to highlighting housing projects, financing and lending methods, and will contain many exhibitors in the field of interior design, furnishings and modern technologies in construction and furnishing.
The exhibition targets the entire Saudi family with an emphasis on the important role of women in making the decision when choosing a home, so it targets women mainly, with corners dedicated to contain their family members, there will be a section dedicated to children to develop the culture of construction and involve them in the decision to choose the home of a lifetime. The exhibition hosts two sections for architecture students and interior design students.
The exhibition is organized by Mosaic Real Estate Company in cooperation with Nayyara Company at the Nayyara Conference, Exhibition and Celebration Center, which is characterized by the success of its exhibitions, good organization, easy accessibility and the availability of parking.
