Launched by Al-Jawf Regional Secretariat has launched a range of diverse investment opportunities, in a move aimed at promoting economic development in the region and transforming ideas into promising projects that support the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
These investment opportunities vital sectors, with contract terms of up to 25 years for tourism, entertainment, and sports projects, and 10 years for construction industry projects.

The proposed projects include the hospitality sector, with the construction of 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels; and the entertainment and sports sectors, with the construction of a movie theater, a padel tennis center, a climbing and adventure center, a comprehensive sports complex, a go-kart track, a bowling center, and facilities for video games and virtual reality.
The investment opportunities also included other development projects, such as the development of smart neighborhoods, the Flower Garden project, and multi-activity investment projects, in addition to four opportunities to establish concrete and building materials plants.
