The city of Dammam has solidified its position as one of the leading markets for residential real estate markets in the Kingdom during the first quarter of 2026, after achieving remarkable growth in sales and transaction values, according to recent data released by Cavendish Maxwell Real Estate Consultants.
The data showed that total residential sales in Dammam reached approximately 3.6 billion riyals ($957 million) during the first three months of this year, marking a year-over-year increase of 71%.
The market also saw approximately 2,900 residential transactions during the same period, while the value of sales rose by 41% compared to the previous quarter, when the market recorded sales worth 2.1 billion riyals.
On a year-over-year basis, real estate activity in the city continued its upward trend, with the number of transactions rising by 25% compared to the first quarter of last year, while the total value of sales increased by 48%.
March recorded the strongest performance during the first quarter, with the number of real estate transactions totaled 1,265, reflecting continued demand for residential units and highlighting the strength of the real estate sector in the Eastern Province, particularly in the city of Dammam.
