Riyad Bank renews its participation in Riyadh Restatex with easy and flexible financing programs

Extending its successful participation in previous exhibitions, Riyad Bank renewed its participation in the Riyadh Real Estate, Housing and Real Estate Development Exhibition «Restatex 2016» which was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, from April 24-27, with the support and participation of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and a number of leading companies in the real estate and finance sector.

On this occasion, Riyad Bank's Senior Vice President, Head of Products and Services Saleh Al-Seif explained that the bank's participation in this type of exhibitions in general, and Restatex in particular, aims to communicate directly with the public, to inform them of all exceptional offers and all financing solutions offered by the bank, to own a property that suits the financial capabilities of its customers.

Seif pointed out that Riyad Bank's participation in Restatex Riyadh came after the great demand witnessed by the bank's pavilion in Restatex Jeddah, because Riyad Bank's financing programs are the easiest, most flexible and fastest to achieve in the Kingdom, and are designed to match the ambitions of the bank's customers to own a property in any province or city, Al-Saif explained that Riyad Bank offers multiple and varied facilities to all those who apply for real estate financing, most notably the possibility of financing up to SR 5,000,000 and a lease period of up to 30 years; pointing out that all this is done according to three formulas approved by the bank's Shari'ah Board, namely: "Murabaha, including additional financing for the Real Estate Development Fund, Ijarah with the promise of ownership, and Ijarah with the promise of ownership."

Seif listed some of the other advantages that Riyad Bank offers to its customers wishing to finance real estate: Riyad Bank offers financing solutions for completed/under-construction residential properties and residential units for off-plan licensed projects, in addition to the solidarity feature between husband and wife and between family members.

Seif pointed out that Riyad Bank recently launched a personal finance program for retirees, which gives new and existing customers of the bank who are retirees of the Public Institution for Social Insurance and the Public Pension Agency, the opportunity to obtain special personal finance offers with the lowest profit margin, many unique and exclusive incentive benefits, and competitive prices.

Al-Seif indicated that Riyad Bank has recently launched a personal finance program for retirees.
