Z Real Estate Auctions, under the supervision of the Enforcement and Liquidation Center «Enfaẓ,» announced the holding of an auction «Riyadh Gems,» to offer six diverse real estate opportunities in the city of Riyadh and the Dir’iya Governorate, including a farm, a group of villas, and residential plots in prime locations, pursuant to a decision by the Enforcement Court and a ruling by the Personal Status Court.
The highlight of the auction is a farm in Al-Waha neighborhood in Al-Dir’iyah Governorate, with an area of 128,939.95 square meters, which includes a villa, ground-level outbuildings, barns, four wells, and a water reservoir, as well as a residential villa in the Al-Qayrawan neighborhood of Riyadh with an area of 1,182.13 square meters, and another villa in the Al-Nuzha neighborhood with an area of 600 square meters.
The auction also includes two residential plots in the Al-Narges neighborhood, with areas of 919.2 square meters and 625 square meters, respectively, as well as a residential plot in the Al-Khair neighborhood with an area of 775 square meters.
The auction will begin on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and conclude on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 4:00 to 5:40 p.m., via the Mubasher auction platform.
