Land Registry Procedures Begin for 46,538 Parcels of Land in the Riyadh and Al-Qassim Regions

The in-kind registration covers 46,538 properties in Riyadh and Al-Qassim through the online platform and service centers between September and December 2026.

the General Real Estate Authority the commencement of physical registration of real estate for (46,538) parcels in the Riyadh and Al-Qassim regions, including (36,261) parcels in the Riyadh region and (10,277) parcels in the Al-Qassim region, beginning on Sunday, September 6, 2026, corresponding to 24 Rabi" al-Awwal 1448 AH, and continuing until the end of Thursday, December 10, 2026, corresponding to 1 Rajab 1448 AH.

Neighborhoods Benefiting from the Registry in the Al-Qassim Region
The Authority clarified that the neighborhoods benefiting from the Real Estate Registry at this stage in the Al-Qassim region include, in Dakhna: King Abdullah Neighborhood, Al-Quds Neighborhood, Al-Rabwah Neighborhood, Al-Nahda Neighborhood, parts of King Fahd Neighborhood, Al-Andalus Neighborhood, Al-Salam Neighborhood, and a number of other real estate areas; and in Al-Ammar: parts of Al-Nahda neighborhood, part of Al-Afq neighborhood, and a number of other real estate areas; in Aqla Al-Saqoor: parts of Al-Nahda neighborhood; and in Al-Batin: Al-Izdihar neighborhood, Al-Nargis neighborhood, Al-Rayyan neighborhood, and Al-Faisal neighborhood, in addition to a number of real estate parcels in Dhariyah and Al-Muznib.

Neighborhoods Benefiting from the Registry in the Riyadh Region
The beneficiary neighborhoods in the Riyadh region include, in Al-Bajadiyah: the Manifa Planned Neighborhood and several other real estate areas; in Al-Hariq: the New City Neighborhood and the Rumaithan Neighborhood; in Al-Halwa: Al-Hazm neighborhood; and in Al-Ruwai’da: parts of Al-Naseem, Al-Suleimaniyah, Al-Wurood, Al-Khalidiyah, Al-Nahda, Al-Nuzha, Al-Falah, Al-Rabwah, Al-Khaleej, Al-Yasmin, and Plan 621; and in the city of Riyadh: parts of an open area under the jurisdiction of the Al-Sali Municipality and parts of an open area under the jurisdiction of the Al-Aziziyah Municipality; and in Al-Sar: part of the Old Al-Fayda District, as well as a number of other real estate areas.

It also includes in Bada’i Al-Ad’yan: Mukhtat 749, Al-Wurood Future District, Al-Izdihar District, Al-Murooj District, Al-Salam Future District, Al-Yasmin District, Hijrat Salim District, Al-Khalifa District, Mukhtat Al-Rumaithi District, and Mukhtat Al-Ma’laq District, the Badida Al-Ghathah Village Planning District, District 315, part of District 907 in Al-Musharrafah, and a number of other real estate areas; and in Hawtat Bani Tamim: Al-Majd neighborhood, Al-Sina’iya neighborhood, Al-Wurood neighborhood, Zamzam neighborhood, Al-Salam neighborhood, and a number of other real estate areas, in addition to a number of real estate parcels in Al-Artawiya, Al-Jamsh, Al-Kharj, Al-Dawadmi, Al-Qasab, Tamir, Harimla, Sajir, Shaqra, Afif, and Nafi, It clarified that the neighborhoods were selected based on specific criteria, and that the remaining areas, provinces, and neighborhoods subject to real estate registration in various regions of the Kingdom will be announced in due course.
The Real Estate Authority noted that the initial registration of properties in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform https://rer.sa/ or through service centers, noting that physical registration requires a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.

The Authority called on property owners in the areas and neighborhoods subject to in-person registration to verify their property title deeds and ensure that all necessary requirements are met in preparation for the start of registration, Inquiries about the registration steps can be made through the Authority’s official platforms or by calling the customer service center at 199002. Starting from the scheduled date for the commencement of registration, a "property number“ and a title registration deed for each real estate unit registered. The title registration deed will include the property’s details, descriptions, condition, and associated rights and obligations linked to precise geospatial information, thereby contributing to the strengthening of infrastructure and the sustainability of the real estate sector. as the real estate registration system aims to increase real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.
