Bahrain's House of Traders visits Saudi Arabia to explore real estate investment opportunities

The Bahraini House of Traders intends to form a delegation representing the real estate and contracting sectors to visit the Kingdom, with the aim of exploring areas of joint cooperation and presenting current and future opportunities available in these vital sectors that support the march of the national economy.

For his part, the Chairman of the Real Estate Sector Committee at the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Hassan Ibrahim Kamal, praised the positive results of the previous joint meeting between the Committee and the Chamber's side in the Bahrain-Saudi Joint Business Council in the presence of Vice President Abdulhakim Al-Shammari, explaining that the Committee is keen to open all channels of joint cooperation with the big brother Saudi Arabia, in order to serve the Bahraini private sector and its national economy.

In a similar matter, the Bahraini House of Traders discussed the most prominent obstacles to the advancement of the real estate sector in the country, such as urban classification, mixing activities with each other, planning issues, the crisis of stalled projects and other obstacles, as finding appropriate solutions to overcome these negatives would revitalize the real estate sector in Bahrain and double its roles in the economic growth process.

In a similar matter, the Bahraini House of Traders discussed the most prominent obstacles that hinder the advancement of the real estate sector in the country.
