The «Serido 2026» Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition continues today, Monday, with the events of its fifth edition in Jeddah for the second consecutive day, with significant participation from government agencies, real estate developers, investors, financial institutions, and those interested in the real estate sector at the «Jeddah Super Dome,» and will continue through tomorrow, Tuesday.
Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tawil, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing for Stimulating Housing Supply and Urban Development, yesterday, Sunday, opened the fifth edition of the exhibition, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, with the participation of a number of government agencies, real estate companies, and financial institutions.
During the opening ceremony, the Deputy Minister reviewed the most prominent real estate and financing projects, products, and services offered by the participating entities, as well as the solutions, investment opportunities, and homeownership options available to visitors and investors.
A Platform for Showcasing Real
Estate Projects and Opportunities «Serido 2026» brings together a select group of real estate developers, investors, financial institutions, and related entities to showcase the latest real estate projects, products, and services, and to explore opportunities in development, home ownership, and investment, as well as to introduce solutions and technologies related to the Saudi real estate market.
The fifth edition will also feature international participation from a number of organizations, companies, and investors, providing opportunities for networking, exploring prospects for cooperation and partnerships, and exchanging expertise among various stakeholders in the real estate sector.

Discussions The exhibition includes an accompanying educational program featuring workshops and panel discussions with experts and specialists to discuss the latest developments in the Saudi real estate market, review investment and development opportunities, and explore the most significant trends and challenges facing the sector, as well as solutions to support its growth and development.
The fifth edition of the «Serido 2026» exhibition is being held against the backdrop of the expansion of projects and investment opportunities in the Kingdom’s real estate sector, in conjunction with programs and initiatives stemming from the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, thereby strengthening the sector’s role in economic and urban development and fostering a more dynamic and competitive real estate market.

Entities The exhibition features participation from a number of national entities, including the General Real Estate Authority in its capacity as a regulatory partner, through an informational booth showcasing the most prominent laws and regulations governing the Kingdom’s real estate sector, alongside the Real Estate Development Fund as a partner in the financing sector, and the National Housing Authority as the exhibition’s main sponsor.
The opening ceremony honored the event’s patron, sponsors, and supporting partners in recognition of their contributions to supporting the «Seredo 2026» events and promoting the participation of various stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.
