The «Serido 2026» Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition continues today, Tuesday, with the events of its fifth edition at «Jeddah Superdome» on its third and final day, amid broad participation from government agencies, real estate developers, financing companies, investors, and those interested in the real estate market.
The exhibition kicked off last Sunday under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, with Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tawil, the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Stimulating Housing Supply and Urban Development, opening the fifth edition, and reviewed the most prominent real estate and financing projects, products, and services offered by participating entities, as well as investment solutions, opportunities, and home ownership options available to visitors.
The «Sirido 2026» exhibition brings together a select group of real estate developers, financing institutions, and related entities to showcase the latest projects, products, and services, and to highlight development, home ownership, and investment opportunities, as well as solutions and technologies related to the Saudi real estate market.
This year’s edition also features international participation, providing opportunities for investors and companies to network, explore partnerships, and exchange expertise, alongside an educational program featuring workshops and panel discussions with experts and specialists to address market developments, investment opportunities, key challenges, and solutions that support the sector’s growth.
The exhibition features participation from a number of national entities, including the General Real Estate Authority as a regulatory partner and the Real Estate Development Fund as a partner for the financing sector, while the National Housing Company (NHC) is participating as the exhibition’s main sponsor.
«Sirido 2026» concludes its activities today, targeting professionals and those interested in the real estate sector, as well as businesspeople, investors, and anyone wishing to learn about the latest projects and opportunities in the fields of real estate development, home ownership, and investment.
