The Supervisory Committee of the Off-Map Sale Program has issued an exhibition license for off-plan sales products, in order to facilitate the procedures of real estate companies and institutions wishing to display their future projects within the Kingdom in exhibitions.
The program indicated in a statement that real estate companies and institutions can obtain the license according to a number of requirements, namely that the application must be submitted by an individual institution or a company with a valid commercial register, and that the commercial register includes a real estate development activity if the exhibitor is the owner of the project, and a copy of the membership certificate of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The program indicated in a statement that real estate companies and institutions can obtain the license according to a number of requirements, namely that the application is submitted by an individual institution or a company with a valid commercial register.
The requirements also included providing a copy of the title deed of the project, or providing a copy of the development contract between the real estate developer and the land owner (if the developer does not own the land), as well as providing a copy of the statutory licenses issued by the competent authorities that include approval and approval for the project.
The program also required the submission of a copy of the marketing contract between the marketer and the developer in case the marketer is not the developer, provided that the marketer's commercial register includes the appropriate activity, in addition to submitting a copy of the exhibition rental contract, and that all documents must be submitted in Arabic.
This step is an incentive for real estate developers to display their architectural designs in real estate exhibitions and know the opinions of beneficiaries before embarking on the process of marketing or selling the real estate product, or incurring any additional costs that affect the price of the real estate product, which reflects negatively on the buyer.
