Al Reem Island is the latest luxury high-rise residential community adjacent to Abu Dhabi Island, with 15,000 inhabited residential units with occupancy rates exceeding 98%, located 600 meters from the coast of Abu Dhabi, with an area of 6.5 million square meters, 300 meters in the sea from Abu Dhabi City, and is developed by three major companies: Tamouh, which develops 60% of the island's land, Aldar, which develops 20% and Reem Development Company, which develops the remaining 20%.
