The National Housing Company (NHC) announced rapid progress in the implementation of the “Sadaim” destination in Jeddah Governorate, with a number of its main components nearing completion, as the superstructure works recorded a completion rate of 88%, while the infrastructure implementation rate reached 82%.
The company explained that construction work on the shopping center, located within the residential area, has reached 951 TP3T, while the power station has reached 851 TP3T. These figures reflect the progress in implementing essential utilities and services concurrently with the construction of buildings and residential units. This progress indicates that the destination is nearing completion of its urban and service components, paving the way for an integrated residential environment that combines residential units, commercial facilities, and essential services, meeting the needs of residents within a cohesive urban community.
NHC confirmed that the completion rates recorded in the various components of the project are an extension of its efforts to develop integrated residential destinations, based on advanced infrastructure and services that meet the requirements of families, noting that the progress of work in the commercial center, the power station and infrastructure networks supports the readiness of the project, and is in line with the company’s plans to increase the real estate supply.
The “Sadaim” destination enjoys a strategic location in the north of Abhur in Jeddah Governorate, near the Red Sea coast, and extends over an area of more than 3.8 million square meters, while its plan includes the development of more than 9,000 residential units, ranging between villas, apartments and townhouses, to provide housing options for more than 45,000 people.
