The Enforcement and Liquidation Center “Enfaz” recorded sales exceeding 330 million riyals through the auctions it supervised during one week, in an indicator that reflects the size of the assets offered for liquidation and the role of real estate auctions in providing opportunities for investors and those interested in the Saudi real estate market.
The center explained in its weekly report that it oversaw the sale of more than 167 assets during the period from October 25 to 31, 2026, through 50 auctions, while the total area of the properties offered for sale exceeded one million square meters.
These figures reflect the activity of real estate liquidation operations during the period, with the diversity of assets offered and the vastness of the areas offered, which allows investors multiple opportunities to participate in auctions and benefit from the opportunities available in the market.
"Enforcement": Regulating liquidation processes and enhancing real estate transparency
The Enforcement and Liquidation Support Center “Enfaz” is a government entity that works to entrust liquidation and sale activities to the competent authorities, and supervises the sale of assets referred to it in accordance with the regulatory frameworks, including real estate and other assets subject to liquidation procedures.
The center aims to enhance the efficiency of liquidation and sale procedures and expedite the fulfillment of rights by organizing and overseeing sales through auctions conducted in collaboration with relevant authorities and service providers, in accordance with approved procedures. The center also plays a role in organizing real estate auctions related to liquidation decisions and rulings, thereby enhancing procedural clarity for participants, supporting competitive bidding among buyers, and expanding the range of investment opportunities available in the real estate market.
Real estate auctions also allow investors and interested parties to view the assets offered and compete to buy them according to the terms and conditions specified for each auction, while monitoring the center’s periodic statistics contributes to monitoring the volume of activity related to liquidation operations and indicators of assets offered for sale.
Sales exceeding 330 million riyals during the week, along with the execution of 50 auctions and the offering of properties with a total area exceeding one million square meters, came within the efforts of “ Enfaz ” to regulate liquidation operations, raise the efficiency of sales, enhance transparency, and provide diverse investment opportunities for participants in real estate auctions.
