Real Estate Fund pays 292 million riyals for 1162 deceased citizens

The Real Estate Development Fund announced the full repayment of the loans of 1162 deceased citizens in the cities and provinces of the Kingdom with a total value of more than (292) million riyals, representing the names of the twenty-seventh and twenty-eighth batches of deceased borrowers whose applications were submitted through the electronic program and their relatives completed their required data.

A statement issued by the Fund explained that this measure came in implementation of the order of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - to exempt the deceased from the Real Estate Development Fund loans and under the guidance of the Minister of Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors Majid Al-Hogail, the statement explained that the two payments included applicants up to application number (100333).

In this context, Ayham Al-Yousef confirmed that the Fund has coordinated with the branches of the Ministry of Justice of the mortgaged property, indicating that the heirs of the deceased whose names are included in these batches can visit the notary to complete the procedures for the release of the mortgage as soon as possible to ensure the discharge of their debts and free their properties, calling on all borrowers to pay their outstanding installments to discharge their debts and benefit from the royal order upon death.

In this context, Ayham Al-Yousef stressed that the Fund has coordinated with the branches of the Ministry of Justice of the mortgaged property.
