The Higher Committee for the Development of Taif Governorate, headed by HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region and Chairman of the Higher Committee for the Development of Taif Governorate, recently reviewed the studies on the development of the area between Al Hada and Al Shafa (Corniche Al Sahab), prepared by the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage and Taif Municipality, among a number of developmental projects.
These studies come in accordance with the memorandum of understanding signed between the Commission and the Ministry, and with the support and follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman, Chairman of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, and His Excellency Engineer Abdullatif bin Abdulmalik Al-Sheikh, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
These studies come to develop (Corniche Al-Sahab).
In this regard, the Secretary of Taif, Eng. Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Mukhraj explained that the support of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region for this project and his directive to name the area between Al-Hada and Al-Shafa "Corniche of the Clouds" is a motivation to enhance efforts to open new tourist destinations that will add to the attractions of the capital of the Arab coasts.
