Ministry of Housing's Tamamam Center officially begins approving plans in preparation for development

The Ministry of Housing announced the official start of the approval of plans through the Real Estate Developer Services Center (Ekmam), and specified that the approval period does not exceed 120 days from the date of submission of the application, noting that this comes in order to accelerate the pumping of housing projects in the market to provide citizens with more diverse options.

The Ministry explained that the center "I'tamamam" has launched its work with a plan in Jeddah governorate with an area of (1,543,173.70) m2, pointing out that the center carried out a preliminary review of the engineering plans before submitting them to the Jeddah Municipality, which is working to complete the necessary according to the agreed time period, calling on developers and interested parties to communicate with the center through the recently launched website.

Mohammed bin Saud Al-Ghazwani, General Supervisor of the Completion Center, explained that the center is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Housing that seeks to improve the performance of the real estate sector and increase its contribution to GDP, in line with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030 to create an attractive environment for local and international investors and enhance their confidence in the Kingdom's economy, pointing out that the center provides a range of facilities and services that meet the requirements of real estate developers and contribute to the development of their residential plans, pointing out that the center services are currently taking place in its three branches in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province, with branches extending to all branches.
