Some international companies have started studying the economic feasibility of projects for the Ministry of Housing, identifying sites and forming alliances with other companies, with the clarity of the Ministry of Housing strategy to solve the housing issue in Saudi Arabia These steps come to implement housing projects in all regions of the Kingdom that comply with the requirements of the Ministry and suit all segments of society.It is expected that the Ministry of Housing will make agreements to implement projects with a number of international and local companies by early 2017, complementing the agreements it signed earlier this year with international local companies to build housing units throughout the Kingdom, including Turkish, Egyptian and Korean companies.
