A field survey revealed that the price of renting a room in the central and preferred neighborhoods of Jeddah, such as Al Faihaa, Al Naseem, Sulaymaniyah, Al Roud, and its neighboring neighborhoods of Bani Malik, Sharafiyah, Al Baghdadiyah and Al Thaghar, as well as the northern neighborhoods such as Al Naim, Al Nahda, Al Aziziyah, Mushrifa and Al Rahab reached 10 thousand SAR to rent a four room apartment between 30 and 40 thousand SAR.
