“Anan Properties leads a consortium to build 950 villas and residential units in Al Maali scheme east of Riyadh

Mr. Bandar Al-Dahik, CEO of Anan Real Estate Company, revealed a strong real estate alliance led by the company with the aim of building more than 950 villas and apartments at a cost of more than one billion riyals, and Al-Dahik explained in an exclusive statement to Amlak Real Estate newspaper that the company has started working on the implementation of the “Anan Homes” project, which is located in the “Al Maali Plan” in eastern Riyadh, In this direction, we have contracted with several professional organizations with long experience in building new cities, and we have an agreement with one of the largest companies in the Kingdom in the implementation of such projects and has approval from the Ministry of Housing and has implemented a number of similar projects in the Eastern Province.

The CEO of the company stressed that the project “Manazel Anan” is considered one of the strategic residential projects of the alliance because of its features that make it at the top of the choices of customers because it provides various design options for residential units that meet all the desires of the citizen, as we were keen to provide products that take into account the privacy of the Saudi family, where the areas of villas and apartments range from 200 to 400 square meters, pointing out that the price of the unit starts from 750 thousand riyals, and Al-Duhayek pointed to the high flexibility adopted by the marketing department and incentives for buyers, as well as facilitating sales procedures and full and detailed explanation to customers.

About the features of the project, Al-Dahik said that the “Manazel Anan” project, which is located near Dammam Road, represents a real addition to comfortable housing in eastern Riyadh, where it is adjacent to the plans of Al-Shorouk and Al-Qadisiyah, and is in the middle of existing residential neighborhoods, and Al-Dahik said that the plan is fully equipped with all infrastructure components such as lighting, electricity, sidewalks, asphalt, mobile and fixed communication networks, and the plan provides service facilities covering the needs of residents in addition to green spaces, mosques, schools, and has streets and various paths of 15, 20 and 28 meters wide streets and roads.
