The Council of Ministers, in a session held today under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh, declared that rental contracts that are not registered in the electronic network are not valid contracts, calling on the Ministries of Justice and Housing to set the conditions and requirements to be met in the contract to be considered registered in the electronic network, and the cases that can be covered by this, including the case of one of the parties to the contract refusing to register it
